| Bronze Level: This is our base level support package. Depending on what is being supported, it typically caters for a customer logging a call with our hotline, between the hours of 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. Response to the call will be within one working day. |
| Silver Level: This package offers call logging between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday with response within 8 working hours. |
| Gold level: This package offers call logging between 06:00 and 19:00 Monday to Friday with a 4 hour response. |
| Platinum level: This offers call logging 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a 2 hour response. |
