Publicount Standard – best solution for single stores and small sites. Each site features one or more sensor arrays and or more data logging hubs with a means of sending this data back to HQ either via the Internet or by analogue/GSM modem. A local data store and reporting facilities are also available, which can run on a PC, or a Server for shared access.

Publicount Enterprise – best solution for multiple site installations. Publicount Enterprise has data storage, manipulation and reporting to cover a whole portfolio of sites. Enterprise also allows the deployment of 'Remote Sites' that have no requirement for a local PC or data store and reporting facilities. Data loggers at each site log back to a central database.

Publicount APS/Web Hosted – With our web hosted service data loggers at each remote site connect back to one of ART’s secure servers via the Internet. The web-based reporting modules allows analysis reports to be viewed over your corporate Intranet/Extranet or encrypted over the Internet and can also export data in all standard data formats (XML, CSV, Excel, etc).

Light beams are single dimensional systems. The disadvantage – they cannot differentiate between one or more people: groups of people or individuals, children or shopping trolleys cannot be determined, direction cannot be selected. Hence, this system does not work at entrances used by several people at a time.

Video assessment is two dimensional. Not people, but grey values are counted. Therefore, shadows can also be interpreted as people and again, large dogs, shopping trolleys and push chairs are also counted.

PUBLICOUNT measures the number of people three dimensional using radar technology. Whoever travels through the measured area in the predetermined direction will be registered as long as they can be related to the shape ”person“.
